Ordering Process

  1. Once you place an order you will receive an automated email notification from us – please check your spam/junk email folder for this notification.
  2. You may use the standard wording or let us know if you prefer something else – just be mindful of the amount of text and the space you have available. Remember that the design is fixed and the graphics (where relevant) cannot be changed, so please ensure you do not add any large chunks of text which can’t be accommodated in the space allocated.
  3. We will provide you with a mock-up within 1 business day.
  4. You are welcome to make up to 2 rounds of changes to the initial draft, at no cost. All edits are to be sent by email.
  5. We’ll adjust the draft and send you a revised proof. If you cannot easily judge the differences on the screen, we encourage you to print them out so that you can compare them side by side. A third proof will be available after this, if further changes are required.
  6. Note: If more than 3 proofs are required, they will be charged at $10 each, even if the changes are minimal.
  7. When you’re happy with the proof a summary of the order will be sent for you to do a final check of all the details. You will need to give us your written (email) approval of these details before we proceed.
  8. Your order will then be added to our production queue. Generally the turnaround time for completion of production is 1-2 business days from the time you sign off on the proof/s. Exceptions can occasionally be made, but please bear in mind that we have many different jobs to produce every week, especially at busy times of the year.
  9. We will notify you when the order is ready. If any additional costs have been incurred since the initial order was placed, they will be payable either on collection from our Sydney store or before we Express Post your completed order to you.

We will contact you by email if we have any queries along the way and you are also welcome to contact us! We ask that you use email because phone conversations cannot be verified. All your instructions and decisions must be in written form for reference by both parties and it is important to monitor your emails regularly, especially if the email address you provide to communicate with us is one that you don’t usually check very often.
