Ordering Process: Wedding Reception Sign

1. Once you place an order you will receive an automated email notification from us – please check your spam/junk email folder for this notification.
2. This one product covers all small signs up to A4 size that you may require for your reception (Guest Book, Wishing Well, etc). Please let us know for each sign ordered: the size you require, the orientation (portrait or landscape) and the wording. The standard wording will be used unless you specify otherwise.
3. We will provide you with a mock-up for the sign/s within 1 business day.
4. You may make up to 2 rounds of changes to the initial draft/s, at no cost. All edits are to be sent by email.
5. We’ll adjust the draft/s and send you a revised proof. A third proof will be available after this, if further changes are required.
6. Note: If more than 3 proofs of any item are required, they will be charged at $10 each, even if the changes are minimal.
7. When you’re happy with the proof/s, let us know by email and we will produce them, usually within 1 business day.
8. We’ll advise when they’re ready.

NOTE: Sydney pick-up
We can organise printing/mounting of these signs onto sturdy PVC board, but ONLY for customers who are able to pick up from our store in St Leonards. The process takes 2 business days. Please contact us if you would like a quote, and specify the size you need. Strictly pick-up only – we do not deliver!
