Tent-style card (90x110mm, scored at 55mm) printed with your guests’ names. These should be supplied to us via email, one name per line in a single column (Word, Excel or just in the body of an email is fine). Minimum 20 cards – see full description below.

Modern Minimalist place card: 2 modern casual script styles available – check the pictures and let us know your preference.

Tent-style card (90x110mm, scored at 55mm) printed with your guests’ names. These should be supplied to us via email, one name per line in a single column (Word, Excel or just in the body of an email is fine). Please order more than you think you will need – we advise at least 5 spares, just in case. We do not provide fewer than 20 cards.

Minimum order: 20 cards. Discounts for quantities of 30 or higher.

Ordering Process

Ordering Process: Place cards

  1. Once you place an order you will receive an automated email notification from us – please check your spam/junk email folder for this notification.
  2. We will provide you with a mock-up for the place card with a sample name within 1 business day.
  3. You are welcome to request up to 2 changes to the initial draft if necessary, at no cost. All edits are to be sent by email.
  4. We’ll adjust the draft and send you a revised proof. If you cannot easily judge the differences on the screen, we encourage you to print them out so that you can compare them side by side. A third proof will be available after this, if further changes are required.
  5. Note: If more than 3 proofs are required, they will be charged at $10 each, even if the changes are minimal.
  6. When you’re happy with the proof/s we will ask for your guest list, if relevant. The list must be a single column of names, one name per line, exactly as you want it to read on the card. You can send the list in Word, Excel or just in the body of an email.
  7. Make sure you order spare cards, just in case you need a few – our minimum for reorder is 20.
  8. Your order will then be added to our production queue. Generally the turnaround time for completion of production is 1-2 business days from the time you sign off on the proof/s and provide us with your guest list. Exceptions can occasionally be made, but please bear in mind that we have many different jobs to produce every week, especially at busy times of the year.
  9. We will notify you when the order is ready. If any additional costs have been incurred since the initial order was placed, they will be payable either on collection from our Sydney store or before we Express Post your completed order to you.
  10. We will contact you by email if we have any queries along the way and you are also welcome to contact us! We ask that you use email because phone conversations cannot be verified. All your instructions and decisions must be in written form for reference by both parties and it is important to monitor your emails regularly, especially if the email address you provide to communicate with us is one that you don’t usually check very often.
