Ordering Process: Seating List

1. Once you place an order you will receive an automated email notification from us – please check your spam/junk email folder for this notification.
2. Please let us know the size you require, the orientation (portrait or landscape) and the names and date to include. Note that if you have three long tables this will be landscape orientation as per the image.
3. Send us your list ONLY when it is finalised, with all guest names grouped according to their table and in the order you want them to be listed. Where you have three long tables, you can specify left and right sides of each table, as per the image. Note: The list must be 100% FINALISED when you send it to us. Revisions NOT INCLUDED – see below.
4. We will provide your seating list pdf within 1 business day.
5. Simply take it to a printer!

NOTES:
1) Revisions
Once submitted, your list is deemed to be final and the pdf will be produced accordingly. Revisions are not included in the price, so if you want to change anything after we have sent the pdf, please contact us and tell us exactly what changes you require. An additional fee will be charged and must be paid in advance; the amount will depend on the extent of the requested changes.

2) Sydney pick-up
We can organise printing/mounting of your seating list onto sturdy PVC board, but ONLY for customers who are able to pick up from our store in St Leonards. The process takes 2 business days. Please contact us if you would like a quote, and specify the size you need. Strictly pick-up only – we do not deliver!
