Ordering Process: Swing tags

1. Once you place an order you will receive an automated email notification from us – please check your spam/junk email folder for this notification.
2. Please tell us the preferred shape for your tag and supply the names and date to be included. The standard wording will be used unless you specify a different message. However, please note that there is not much space! These tags are small and can only fit a little text at a legible size.
3. We will provide you with a mock-up for the tag within 1 business day.
4. You are welcome to request up to 2 changes to the initial draft if necessary, at no cost. All edits are to be sent by email.
5. We’ll adjust the draft and send you a revised proof. If you cannot easily judge the differences on the screen, we encourage you to print them out so that you can compare them side by side. A third proof will be available after this, if further changes are required.
6. Note: If more than 3 proofs are required, they will be charged at $10 each, even if the changes are minimal.
7. When you give us the OK by email, your order will be added to our production queue. Generally the turnaround time for completion of production is 1-2 business days from the time you sign off on the proof/s. Exceptions can occasionally be made, but please bear in mind that we have many different jobs to produce every week, especially at busy times of the year.
8. We will notify you when the order is ready. If any additional costs have been incurred since the initial order was placed, they will be payable either on collection from our Sydney store or before we Express Post your completed order to you.
9. We will contact you by email if we have any queries along the way and you are also welcome to contact us! We ask that you use email because phone conversations cannot be verified. All your instructions and decisions must be in written form for reference by both parties and it is important to monitor your emails regularly, especially if the email address you provide to communicate with us is one that you don’t usually check very often.
